Selection Process
TSLPRB Police Constable Preliminary Written Test
All eligible registered candidates have to appear for the Preliminary Written Test (PWT) . Particulars Details Exam Preliminary Written Test Questions 200 Maximum Marks 200 Duration 3 Hours Question Type Objective Mode OMR Answer Sheet The minimum qualifying marks in the Preliminary Written Test are 30% for OC including EWS, 25% for BC and 20% for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Home Guard candidates . The PWT also carries negative marking. In cases other than a single correct response or an unanswered question, 20% of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as prescribed in the notification.
TSLPRB Police Constable PMT and PET
Candidates qualifying in the Preliminary Written Test will proceed to the applicable Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) . Candidates should carefully check the post-wise and gender-wise physical standards and PET requirements prescribed in the official notification before applying.
TSLPRB Police Constable Final Written Examination
Candidates who qualify in the Physical Efficiency Test will be required to appear for the Final Written Examination (FWE) . The examination consists of one paper of three hours duration.
