Overview

SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC CGL) is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission to recruit candidates for various Group B and Group C posts under the Government of India. It provides opportunities to work in departments such as Income Tax, Customs, CBI, NIA, Ministry of External Affairs, Central Secretariat and many more.

The examination is conducted through multiple stages consisting of computer-based examinations followed by document verification for eligible candidates.

Eligibility

• Nationality: Indian Citizen

• Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.

Certain posts require additional qualifications in Statistics, Mathematics or Economics.

Candidates appearing in the final year of graduation may apply if they fulfill eligibility before document verification.

Age limit varies depending upon the post and ranges from 18 to 32 years.

Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.
